A Story Born From Hope

What began as one person’s search for answers became a lifelong mission to create natural wellness products with honesty, compassion, and purpose.

There was a time when I wasn’t thinking about starting a company.

I was simply trying to find a way to rebuild my health.

For many years, I lived with a wide range of health challenges, including asthma, psoriasis, IBS, allergies, food intolerances, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, digestive problems, and recurring chest infections. Despite countless medical appointments, tests and treatments, I still struggled to find lasting answers.

At my lowest point, I weighed just 49 kilograms. Every day became a battle, and there were times when I genuinely wondered if life would ever feel normal again.

Rather than giving up, I chose to learn.

I immersed myself in nutrition, functional medicine, the microbiome, botanical ingredients, traditional wellness practices and scientific research. I wanted to understand not only what was happening inside my body, but how nature and lifestyle could work alongside modern knowledge to support wellbeing.

That journey eventually led me to create my own formulations in my kitchen—not with the intention of building a business, but simply to help myself.

As time passed, friends and family began asking if they could try what I had created. Their encouragement and positive experiences inspired me to continue refining every formulation with the same care and attention that I had used from the very beginning.

In 2017, that personal journey became iCBD.

What started as one person’s search for hope slowly grew into a company built on compassion, integrity and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Years later, in 2022, I finally received a diagnosis of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) from a specialist in Germany. Although the diagnosis brought clarity, it also reinforced something I had already learned throughout my journey: every person’s path is unique, and true wellbeing often requires patience, understanding and looking beyond quick fixes.

Today, every iCBD product is still created with those same values.

We carefully select premium ingredients, manufacture in the UK to ISO 9001 quality standards, and remain committed to producing natural wellness products that we would be proud to give to our own family.

Our mission has never been to become the biggest wellness company.

Our mission is to make a genuine difference in people’s lives through products created with honesty, compassion and respect for both nature and science.
